Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Filipina Singles (the "Service"), operated by King's Edge Media, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Filipina Singles
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. You may only maintain one account, and it must be for your own use — accounts may not be created on behalf of someone else.
2. We do not run background checks
Filipina Singles does not conduct criminal background checks, sex-offender registry checks, or identity verification beyond confirming a working email address and automatically screening uploaded photos and messages as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not verify the identity, intentions, marital status, or background of any member.
You are solely responsible for exercising judgment and caution when interacting with other members, exactly as you would with anyone you meet through any other online service. Never send money, gift cards, or financial account information to someone you have not met in person, no matter how convincing their story is.
3. Your account
Account access is tied to a verified email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure — anyone who can receive your sign-in link can access your account. Tell us right away at our contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Free features and paid subscription
Creating a profile, browsing other members, liking, and favoriting are free. Sending and receiving messages requires an active subscription. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the subscription renews automatically at $7/month (or the price shown at checkout) until you cancel or pause it.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Pausing stops billing and messaging access without deleting your profile or requiring you to sign up again — your profile, photos, matches, and likes stay exactly as they were. Canceling stops the subscription entirely; your profile and data are still not deleted (see our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion).
No refunds. Charges already billed are non-refundable, including for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
5. Photos and content
Every photo you upload is automatically screened before it can be seen by other members. We may reject or remove any photo or profile content, at any time, that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate — including but not limited to nudity or sexually explicit content, content suggesting the person is under 18, violent or graphic content, and photos that aren't actually of you (including photos taken from someone else's profile or from the internet).
By uploading a photo, you confirm it is a real, current photo of yourself and that you have the right to share it.
6. Conduct we don't allow
You agree not to use Filipina Singles to:
- Ask another member for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial account access, or direct them to do so off-platform
- Harass, threaten, or abuse another member
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your age, marital status, or identity
- Post another person's photos, or photos taken from elsewhere online, as your own
- Use the Service if you are under 18
- Send spam, advertise a business, or solicit other members for commercial purposes
- Attempt to bypass our safety features, including photo screening or message scanning
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Messages are automatically scanned for common scam patterns (such as requests for money or pressure to move the conversation off-platform). This scanning is a safety aid, not a guarantee — always use your own judgment.
7. Reporting and blocking
You can report or block another member at any time from their profile or from a conversation. Blocking immediately and permanently prevents that person from viewing your profile or contacting you, in both directions. Reports are reviewed by us and may result in the reported account being suspended or permanently removed.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unsafe behavior, or put other members at risk. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting our contact page.
9. Your safety when meeting people
Filipina Singles is a platform for connecting with people — what happens between members, including if and how you choose to meet in person, is between you and them. If you decide to meet someone from the Service, we strongly recommend meeting in a public place, telling a friend or family member where you're going, arranging your own transportation, and never sending money or personal financial information to someone before meeting them in person.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that you will find a match, that other members' profiles are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, King's Edge Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for the conduct of any member, whether online or in person.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
