This Privacy Policy explains what information Filipina Singles collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. Filipina Singles is operated by King's Edge Media, LLC ("we," "us," "our").
1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information
- To operate the Service — creating your profile, showing you other members, matching, and messaging
- To sign you in and keep your account secure
- To automatically screen uploaded photos for nudity, violence, and signs someone may be underage, before they're ever shown to anyone else
- To automatically scan messages for common scam patterns (like requests for money) as a safety measure
- To process your subscription and billing through Stripe
- To respond to support requests and safety reports
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
3. Who we share information with
We only share information with the outside services that help us run Filipina Singles, and only as much as each one needs to do its job:
- Resend — sends the sign-in link to your email address when you sign up or sign in
- Sightengine — automatically scans uploaded photos for safety before they go live
- Stripe — processes subscription payments; they receive your payment details directly, we don't
- Cloudflare — hosts the app and stores its data
We may also share information if required by law, or to investigate a safety report or protect the rights and safety of our members.
4. Photo screening
Every photo is automatically checked by an outside screening service before it can be seen by other members. Photos that don't pass are never shown publicly. In the rare case the screening service itself fails to respond, a photo is held privately (visible only to you) until it's reviewed further — it's never shown to anyone else in that state.
5. Messages and safety scanning
Messages are automatically scanned by our system for patterns commonly associated with romance scams (such as requests for money or attempts to move the conversation off-platform). This scanning is automated and used only for safety purposes.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, contact us at our contact page and we'll delete it, except where we're required to retain certain records (for example, billing records) for legal or accounting reasons.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can edit your profile information and manage your photos at any time from within the app
- You can block or report another member at any time
- You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from within the app
- You can request a copy of your data, or request that we delete it, by emailing our contact page
8. Children's privacy
Filipina Singles is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we will remove it.
9. International users
Our infrastructure is based in the United States. If you use Filipina Singles from the Philippines or anywhere else, your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
